Our kennel building is 30 x 30, airconditioned and heated.
It has four stalls for breeding Labrador Retriever Puppies.
The stalls are approximately 8 x 10 each and the remainder of the space is an open area for puppy
play. We have a toy box full of toys and the pups are allowed out of the stalls several times a day to play. By
the time they leave us, they know exactly where the toys are and head straight for the toys when left out of the stalls.
We have a computer system set up inside,
refrigerators, phone service and direct tv since we spend most of our waking time in the building. At times we do spend
nights in the kennels too to keep an eye on a whelping mom or pups that may need special attention.
For the times we need to be in the house, we have a camera system set up to watch a
mom or pups in the stalls.
